Goodreads synopsis

Review:

Myth: 5/5

If the cover wasn’t plenty to motivate you to give this book a try, the story sucks you right in and the plot pacing is simply on point. The perfect mix of current story and backstory reveal with a swirling mix of deadly beings. I couldn’t put this book down.

Magic: 5/5

The gothic manor is filled with shadow spirits, magic and a mystically poisoned lake. What more could you ask for? Lots of beast vibes, a little Hades and Persephone, I really can’t express how many of my favorite things are in this book.

Overall: 5/5

A gothic mansion, a monstrous boy, and dark deals with the lord of the dead. Lakesedge has a little bit of everything and it’s woven together masterfully.
