Goodreads synopsis

Review:

Myth 5/5

Even better the first one. Cassandra’s best friend Scarlett is kidnapped by one of the fae, and Cassandra becomes the prime suspect of the FBI. She’s forced to hide as a suspect while conducting her own investigation the fae - a world that she still knows little about, and is forced to rely on her friends at her fae bar and her hunky elusive fae man.

Magic 4.5/5

We learn more about the magic of the world, including that Cassandra wasn’t just any fae, but in fact a changeling. And her mirror magic is being replicated and enhanced by the one holding her best friend.  Cass will have to use all her wits and all her magic to reach her friend in time and try to save her. Oh, and her not-boyfriend fae is there too, not that he helps or shines much light on the situation. He’s starting to feel more annoying than elusive or helpful.
