Goodreads synopsis

Review:

Myth: 3.5/5

A cursed family, a large isolated manor, and sisters who want to move on with their lives, not worry about being next in line for the curse to take them. The stakes are high at the start of the book, and they only grow. This book has plenty of horror vibes with the sister’s deaths and Annaleigh’s investigation.

Magic: 3/5

The families of the sea worship the god of the sea, though there are others in the pantheon. There isn’t a lot of ‘fantastical magic’ in this book, though I don’t want to say too much more. It’s still a wild ride. Expect more of the paranormal.

Overall: 3.5/5

A little romantic tension, a lot of ‘you did it!’ and some wonderful storytelling reveals. I enjoyed my time with the sisters of the salt!
