Review:

Myth: 3/5

I felt like this was one of those books that I finished and then thought….”what did I just read?” It was a fantastical romp through Victorian England. I’m not even sure which elements to focus on in this review. Flying houses? Pirate/thieves doing dastardly deeds, assassins, family drama and a career woman wondering if she can have it all. LOL it was a fun read.

Magic: 3/5

I think I’m correct in saying that the magic only really applies to the flying houses, but I was pretty sucked into that fantastical element in an otherwise non-magical story. Lots of good heist vibes throughout, though I repeatedly have to tell myself that heists aren’t actually magical, they’re just clever.

Overall: 3/5

A lot of whimsy, a ton of wit, Cecilia and the ladies of the Wisteria Society were a wild ride.
