This book was such a delight. A paladin who’s lost his god, a perfumer whose life and past partners have left her with some emotional bruises; together they were just too adorable.
Magic: 4/5
The magic of the gods and their paladins was quite unique. This book focuses on the Saint of Steel, whose paladins were warriors, but we also get to see the Rat, who’s bishop and followers are lawyers for the defenseless, and more.
Overall: 4/5
A really cute love story with lots of wit and awkward but perfect moments.
