As the epic conclusion of the Shadows and Crows series, Queen of the Dawn had to bring us a few more challenges and an epic battle. I will say that the scenes with Cas and Veren ended up stealing the show for me. They were so unique compared to the other things that needed to be taken care of before the final confrontation.

Magic: 4/5

The magic of the gods is slipping, but at this point, it’s only affecting one side. Cas and Elander have to decide how to spend or ration the magic they have left.

Overall: 4/5

A satisfying conclusion with a heartwarming epilogue. We get some good Cas and Elander moments, the unique and twisty Cas and Veren moments, and epic battles to push the dark gods back.
