Review:

Myth: 5/5

As you would expect, based on the prior 6 books in the series, the conclusion of Throne of Glass is nothing short of spectacular. It’s beautiful, heartbreaking and hopeful. It’s filled with epic battles, daring heroines (and heroes) who will fight the gods themselves for the chance of a better world.

While Empire of Storms left Aelin’s story in ruin, she and her court fight to pull out of the despair into which she was thrown. Aelin continues to give everything (and then some) for that future they of which they dare to dream.

Magic: 5/5

At seven books, you wonder if there is more to build in the magic of this world, and the answer is yes. As Aelin, her court and her friends fight for Terrasen and the world they have more to learn about their powers. They have more to learn about what and who they are fighting against.

Overall: 5/5

The scale of the characters coming together is epic in scale. Not just the characters in Aelin’s story but bringing together the characters from Tower of Dawn that we grew to love. Prepare to have your heart broken in every way possible, but never want the story to end.
