Goodreads synopsis

Review:

Myth: 3.5/5

This is part of a multi-author series. Each author wrote a romance about one of the couples in the town of Stillwater. I didn’t read any of the others, I just realized that I hadn’t read this particular J.C. McKenzie story so I jumped right in. Some of Lucy and Damian’s history is definitely off page, but I don’t think that was covered in any of the other books. I think it was just a way to give them the dislike vibe to build their chemistry, which definitely worked.

Magic: 3.5/5

Shifters, magic, warlocks, this book had a dash of everything. It worked overall with the magical haven of a town.

Overall: 3.5/5

A quick romance, with lots of misunderstanding. Lucy and Damian have good chemistry and a fun story with a dash of mystery.
