This series is one of my favorites. Sera’s story is so captivating, and seeing the parallels in the Blood and Ash world has me hooked on how they will all come together. This book was sometimes hard to read, but that was because Solis’s character was written so frustratingly well.
Magic: 5/5
Book three had everything I wanted. I was dying for the end result by the time it was delivered. It was torturous, and it was perfect. The magic of the world amped up as things fell into place.
Overall: 5/5
It’s a favorite series for a reason! I highly recommend it, though I recommend reading with the Blood & Ash reading order, as the world level reveals just hit a lot harder that way!
