Goodreads synopsis

Review:

Myth: 4.5/5

The Tournament of Crowns is finally here! The big news is that based on the previous events in the series, Eira has a lot more to worry about than winning a multi-national magic tournament! Eira remains a delightful character as she’s deals with heartbreak, focuses on dangerous goals and pushes herself to express her hurt to others.

She makes new friends in the magical tournament and we get to see old faces from Elise’s other Solaris Empire stories.

Magic: 4/5

Eira is definitely working on a next level for her magic, but it doesn’t progress much in this book. Expect more of our favorite elemental magical battles with more to learn about the competitor’s magic as well.

Overall: 4.5/5

If you haven’t read an Elise Kova series, you need to. The epic ya fantasy series’ in the Air Awakens world are delightful! I can’t wait to see how Eira’s story continues.
