Goodreads synopsis

Review:

Myth: 4.5/5

There’s a new terror in town and Kate find herself smack dab in the middle of it, as usual. This case hits a little closer to home as her MO has changed and she’s making herself more and more visible to Roland. While you should definitely expect more complications with everyone’s favorite Beast Lord, I love seeing him and Kate push past the things about each other that dry them crazy and fight for what they want. A lot of ground is covered in their relationship in Magic Bleeds and it leaves me wanting more.

Magic: 4.5/5

I’ve been waiting patiently for Kate to cross paths with her family magic and this case is setting her on a collision course with Roland. Though we probably have to wait a while longer until we get that epic battle, I love learning about her family history and legacy.

Overall: 4.5/5

Magic Bleeds kicked it up a notch on both Kate’s romantic life and her life mission. I sort of loved Kate’s struggle to figure out what she wanted and how to get it. I also can’t wait to see what she gets up to next with her magic. There will be a lot to unpack with her family history and powers and we finally start to get a taste of what’s next!
