The Twice-Scorned Lady of Shadow (The Guild Codex: Unveiled #3) by Annette Marie

Review:
Myth: 5/5
This is such a well paced series and really well unfolded story. The balance between Saber and Zak’s sides of their shared trauma each unfold in their own books. While the first two books were firmly about Saber’s journey, book three is Zak’s. It’s still majority told from Saber’s perspective, but there is just more of Zak’s history in their adventure and we (finally) get Zak’s side of the flashback story.
Magic: 5/5
I just loved this because the magic built both on the druid and fae sides. We got to see Saber take further steps in her druid power and we got to see progression of how fae become more powerful and the levels of their society. For such a fully fleshed out Guild Codex world already, I’m in awe of how Annette Marie can dive in deep to a section of the world and continue building.
Overall: 5/5
I enjoyed the heck out of this book and really can’t wait for an epic conclusion this fall.
